I have P.E. Kretzmann's Popular Commentary of the Bible, also known as Kretzmann's Commentary. I have read all 4 volumes cover to cover, and continue to go to them for help in understanding the Holy Scriptures. I'll just stick with them. Plus, I'm a little bias towards Kretzmann because my Grandfather personally knew Kretzmann during the OLC days of the 1950s (full disclosure lol).
Thanks! It sure would be nice to have Neale and Littledale's Commentary on the Psalms.
The preface of the NT was profound and spot on.
1850. No one was woke in 1850.
Angelicans in 1850 were t woke.
Quick question, Pastor: is there anything about Wordsworth you've noted that you might give us a "heads-up" about, as he is Anglican?
