Thank you Pastor, I've gotten a lot of mileage out of the Ministry of Salting except. Just the one word 'denouncing' by Luther explained so much, but the image of preserving good meat is unforgettable as we remember the requirement of salt for those without refrigeration.
Here in the north we use salt on our sidewalks and streets to overcome the treachery of ice underfoot or tire. Only God knows the number of broken hips or worse that His salt has saved us from.
Oh may we not neglect this ministry! And thank you for finding and revealing this gem of a crystal from Martin Luther.
I miss these video- ized bible class teachings. I can't get into zoom as I have a hard time with getting it since I don't have google on my phone. Pastor, do you have these on Spotify? I have a Spotify app on my phone. There is so much information and your notes make it hard to get the impact, let alone read👀. I live your bible studies and really miss hearing you take us through it. Thanks, Carolyn

Hasn't Heaven has always been open? Jesus descended into hell to open the gates that held sinners under original sin and the curse.
Beautiful.
