Thank you for the prayer for those who have forsaken the faith. I pray for my adult son who had turned from faith. He is disabled from Cerebral Palsy and his life is difficult. I pray that he will once again seek God.
I had a disabled son who now asleep in Jesus. He had down syndrome and severe autism, non verbal, no consepect of safety, an infant level line of sight care. His siblings walked away from him and us, they didn't even visit him when he was in the hospital dieing or come to his funeral. So I greatly appreciated the prayer too. I will start praying for your son too.
I enjoyed doing the quiz, although only 6/9. I'm glad you had the answers/commentary. Having been on a Luther tour or two helped a lot! Hope you have a joyous Christmas season and especially the upcoming wedding.
8/9. Surprised since I was confirmed in January. But, it’s pretty oriented toward Luther himself. I was expecting something more theological. To be Lutheran is to buy into a theological system—not a guy. Now, having said all that, I do wish I had a better working knowledge of Luther/Reformation history.
Apparently I still have much to learn concerning Luther himself, although I do confess that know I had learned all these things at one time, but didn't retain them. 5/9 was my sorry score. Enjoyed the quiz though and the commentary given when I got it incorrect!
Don't forget the conference in Collinsville April 12 and 13, either! https://yourgrandfatherschurch.org/

8/9 on the quiz. Got the last sermon text wrong.
As a Newtheran of 5 years today, I have a lot to learn. 7/10 isn't bad I suppose. Some of those were hard and I had to guess.
Did I get a bonus question? Everyone else seems to be saying out of 9.
Pretty Lutheran I guess, 9/10 correct. I missed Luther’s final sermon text, which coincidentally is part of my confirmation verse!
7/10 and I have a bachelor’s in theology...church history was never a strong point for me

7/9 missed the university and the sermon text, but other 2 were guesses!
7/9 I second guessed some of my answers and got it wrong because of that 😂

Taking the quiz was fun! I got a 8/9 missing the Leipzig debate question. I think it’s time I read Lutheran history again!
I should have said that I like quizzes but am not usually very good at them.
I got six right. Missed Leo, and two others.
Thanks for putting this together. Enjoyed on the third day of Christmas in the mountains of West Virginia. 7/9...pretty Lutheran :)

I took the quiz. I don't know many details about Luther's life. Much to learn... 3 of 9.
