Thanks for your words this morning as I sit by the phone awaiting a call from my doctor to see if the mass discovered on my left kidney is cancer or not. Its at times like this that His Word brings clairty of its ability to bring, hope, and strength. Through it echos to me the words of our Lord to calm the storm, "Be still!"

I'm sorry to read of such a distressing time for you.
(I was reading Isaiah 41 today...a different context, but verse 10 is lovely:
fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.)
