Made in God's image, our ability to reason leads us to seek truth; He gave us a conscience so we could seek goodness; He created us with an imagination so we could identify beauty.
Because of our corrupt nature (Adam) we are poor seekers of these things and can never attain them with out help. So Jesus comes and is Truth incarnate, He fulfills the Law and dies to become our Goodness, and takes off our veil of sin to show us the beauty of His creation and of His love for us in Christ.
I have a son who was special needs and is asleep in Jesus. He helped us to think or rethink how things are done. I had to have a Nativity set that if thrown, would bounce and not hurt if it hit you. So God blessed me to find Precious Moments vinyl dolls (I eventually found all the characters needed) then I wanted the people that are discussed at the different Sundays in Advent to stand by their respective 🕯️. Found them too. Battery Advent candles worked until they were thrown. So rethought those a bit too. We ended up with a special set for both.

Also on another topic, I've been thinking about how so much of the discussions about what is being taught in school (pornographic in nature) has to do with the garden of Eden and the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil. Adam and Eve knew good just not evil. Today what is being passed off as teaching (the porn) is evil. The kids know good, but Satin wants them to know evil. I think this aspect of the issue needs to be put inside this frame.
