1/ In wrath remember mercy (Habakkuk 3:2)
This is always a good prayer.
2/ Woke or Enlightened?
I’m prepping for this conference (Woke vs Enlightened, Oct 2, 2021, St Paul Austin), and working on “What is woke?”

Wokeness, I suppose, is important, but much more is the Biblical idea of enlightenment. Christians are the enlightened ones. It’s about time we took that language back from the hippies, new-agers, and Buddhists.
Enlightenment is seeing the natural unseeable truths, which are two, with a bonus:
We are sinners, corrupt through and through, and therefore deserve God’s wrath.
God’s Son took on our humanity to take on our guilt, and His death wins for us God’s righteousness.
And, the bonus: The Holy Spirit has been restored to the reborn children of God.
3/ Some new channels for the YouTube Theologians:
A few weeks ago I lamented the lack of new media creation I was hoping would come out of Covid. The guys Downunder are taking up the challenge. Check it out:
Again, if you have other suggestions, post them in the comments.
4/ Old Testament Timelines
Free. Online. The best I’ve found. We’ve spent the last two weeks in Sunday School going through these. Enjoy:

Remember to go to your pastor's Bible Class this week and, read old theology books. (If you don't have a pastor or congregation, click here. If you don't have old theology books, click here.)
If you find this helpful, forward it to a friend. If this was forwarded to you, click here to sign-up for yourself.
Thank you, again, for your time and attention, and for your prayers. Please keep in touch.

I see you have Voddie Baucham on Issues. We have the book, Faultlines and highly recommend it. Baucham is in a unique position, as a black pastor, to confront this anti-Christian CRT, for which there is no redemption, only guilt and condemnation.
Enlightenment is seeing the natural unseeable truths, which are two," Is that really your fullest definition of what it implies to be enlightened in a Christian context?
